Attorney LeRoya Chester Jennings is the founder of Chester Jennings Law Group, LLC. She is a native of Atlanta, Georgia.

With over 16 years of experience litigating cases, LeRoya has provided aggressive, compassionate, zealous representation for numerous clients throughout Georgia. She is a former prosecutor who has also worked in numerous prosecuting agencies throughout the State of Georgia.  LeRoya has served as a trial attorney for more than 1,000 cases throughout her career.  She has had the unique experience to hold many roles throughout her legal profession; Investigator, Prosecutor, Defense Attorney, Hearing Officer and Trial Attorney.  She has handled a myriad of cases from accident cases, minor traffic offenses, DUIs, vehicular homicides to complex and high-profile criminal and civil matters. LeRoya has the reputation of achieving great results for her clients!

LeRoya has always had a passion for helping and serving her community. She believes that there is power in giving back and teaching others. LeRoya has lectured on trial advocacy and the law to prosecutors, police, and local organizations.  She was an instructor for the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia.  She has served as guest speaker at Georgia State College, Westwood College, and several Fulton and DeKalb County schools. She has received national recognition for a mentoring program that involved teaching young men incarcerated at the DeKalb Regional Youth Detention Center about the power of their voice and giving them the tools and skills to problem solve. She has served as coach and judge for the High School National Mock Trial Competition.

LeRoya is married to Kraig Jennings and they share two beautiful children and a fur baby, Mylo.
